Returns

We gladly accept returns and cancellations on eligible items.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, quantity, or product variation, please place a new order after your eligible return is approved.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Soaps
• Hand balms
• Chapsticks
• Balms
• Lotions
• Shampoos
• Bulk beeswax
• Fragrance oils
• Custom-made wicks from our Wick Builder
• Food products, including honey and similar items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, if applicable.

Items must be returned in new, unused, original condition. If an item is returned used, damaged, altered, incomplete, missing parts, or otherwise not in its original sellable condition for reasons not due to our error, the refund amount may be reduced based on the loss in value.

Returns received more than 30 days after delivery may be refused or may only qualify for a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@beeslightcandles.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Buyers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for eligible returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
