Cancellations Policy
We gladly accept order cancellations. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@beeslightcandles.com before your item has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for a return under our standard return policy (item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
