Product Creation and Processing
Most candles are ready to ship within 1–5 business days. Some handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. For example, handmade painted glass candle holders may take up to 5 weeks because they are made to order by an artist.
If your order contains products with different processing times, we may ship the items separately as they become ready.
Domestic U.S. Shipping and Transit Times
Orders ship from our production facility in Pennsylvania. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Eligible U.S. orders over $125 ship free when the available shipping rate is $30 or less. Oversized, unusually heavy, remote-area, or other high-cost shipments may not qualify for free shipping.
Estimated transit times after shipment:
- East Coast: 1–3 business days
- Central U.S.: 2–4 business days
- Midwest: 3–5 business days
- West Coast: 4–6 business days
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or remote delivery locations.
Subscription Order Shipping
Subscribe & Save orders are processed and shipped according to the delivery schedule selected by the customer.
Shipping charges and available shipping methods are calculated for each recurring order based on the products, quantities, shipping address, and shipping rates in effect when the renewal order is processed. Subscription orders may qualify for free shipping when they meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
If a subscription product is unavailable, the affected shipment may be delayed or skipped, and we may contact you regarding the order.
Customers are responsible for keeping their subscription shipping address current. Address changes made after a recurring order has already been processed may apply only to future orders.
Canada Shipping and Transit Times
Orders shipping to Canada are charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery is usually 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.
International Shipping and Transit Times
International orders outside the United States and Canada are charged calculated shipping rates at checkout. Estimated delivery is usually 7–21 business days or longer, depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier, and remoteness of the delivery location.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
