Partner-Fulfilled Home Décor
Select home décor items ship directly from our fulfillment partner and may arrive separately from candles or other items in your order.
These items typically leave the warehouse within 2 business days, although processing can sometimes take 3–4 business days. Carrier transit time is additional. Processing and delivery times are estimates.
Partner-fulfilled home décor is available for delivery to residential street addresses in the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. These items cannot be shipped to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or other international destinations.
For orders below $125, a $7.95 shipping charge applies to the partner-fulfilled portion of your order. If your order also includes candles or other products, their shipping charges may be added. At $125 or more, standard shipping for the partner-fulfilled portion is free. Shipping for other items is subject to the eligibility conditions below. Your total shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Product Creation and Processing
Most candles are ready to ship within 1–5 business days. Some handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. For example, handmade painted glass candle holders may take up to 5 weeks because they are made to order by an artist.
If your order contains products with different processing times, we may ship the items separately as they become ready.
Domestic U.S. Shipping and Transit Times
Our candles ship from our production facility in Pennsylvania. Select home décor items ship directly from our fulfillment partner. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Eligible U.S. orders of $125 or more ship free when the available shipping rate is $30 or less. Oversized, unusually heavy, remote-area, or other high-cost shipments may not qualify for free shipping.
Estimated transit times after shipment from our Pennsylvania facility:
- East Coast: 1–3 business days
- Central U.S.: 2–4 business days
- Midwest: 3–5 business days
- West Coast: 4–6 business days
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or remote delivery locations.
Subscription Order Shipping
Subscribe & Save orders are processed and shipped according to the delivery schedule selected by the customer.
Shipping charges and available shipping methods are calculated for each recurring order based on the products, quantities, shipping address, and shipping rates in effect when the renewal order is processed. Subscription orders may qualify for free shipping when they meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
If a subscription product is unavailable, the affected shipment may be delayed or skipped, and we may contact you regarding the order.
Customers are responsible for keeping their subscription shipping address current. Address changes made after a recurring order has already been processed may apply only to future orders.
